How soon will I get my order?

For our apparel range and framed wall art, please allow 7-10 working days for your delivery to arrive.

For all other giftware items, please allow between 2-4 working days.

When will my order be despatched?

For giftware items, all orders placed before 2pm between Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm or during the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

For apparel and framed wall art, lead time before dispatch is 3-5 working days.

What delivery services do you use?

For UK mainland deliveries, we use Evri Tracked 48-Hours Premium service with proof of delivery.

For deliveries to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, we use Evri Tracked 72-Hours Premium service with proof of delivery.

Do you deliver internationally?

We don’t currently ship products internationally yet, apologies!

We only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales, Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.

I’ve changed my mind, can I make a return?

For our clothing range and framed wall art, as these will be created for you when you place your order, we will not be able to process returns or exchanges unless the item is delivered to you damaged or with a fault.

For all other giftware items, we have a 25-day return policy, which means you have 25 days after receiving your item to request a return if you have changed your mind.

Please note, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We don’t accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, opened essential oils, any aromatherapy products that have been lit, jewellery and personal care goods.

To start a return, please contact us or email hello@spiritualgiftshop.co.uk. Please include your order number and reason for return, with photographs where applicable. Once your request has been logged, we will contact you to let you know the next steps.

Please do not return any item(s) to us until we have provided you with instructions.

My item has arrived damaged / I’ve received the wrong item.

Damages and incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please let us know by emailing hello@spiritualgiftshop.co.uk with your order number, reason for return, please include photographs of the damaged/incorrect item(s) for our reference. Once your request has been logged we will contact you to let you know the next steps. Please do not return any item(s) to us until we have provided you with instructions.

We will send out a replacement or provide a refund for damaged goods or incorrect items received.

My item hasn’t arrived, what do I do?

If you have not received your order, you do not need to place another order.

Contact us or email us at hello@spiritualgiftshop.co.uk, once your claim has been confirmed a replacement order will be sent to you.

I’m missing an item from my order.

If one or more of your items are missing from your delivery, let us know via our contact form or emailing us at hello@spiritualgiftshop.co.uk to resolve.

Can I change my address once I’ve placed my order?

We can’t amend order details once they have been processed, but please do contact us in case we may be able to do something.

Can I add items or change my order once it’s gone through?

Unfortunately, we can’t amend orders once they have been processed, but please do contact us in case we may be able to accommodate your request.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been processed, we may be able to cancel it before it is dispatched. If your order has already been despatched, please follow the returns procedure and we will refund your order as soon as we receive the return from you. Please let us know by contacting us here.

How do I exchange an item?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

When can I expect my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Why doesn’t my discount code work?

There could be a few reasons; check the expiry date, check that the code is valid for your items/order, and check that the spelling and numbers are correct.

If these are all correct, please contact us and we will investigate.
