Spiritual Gift Shop Ltd Returns Policy

Although we are committed to ensuring the products you purchase from us are picked, packed and shipped with the utmost care, there may be times when there is a need for a refund or a replacement. The following information explains our returns and replacement policy.

 

For our apparel range and framed wall art: 

Please note, as our clothing range and printed framed wall art will be created for you when you place your order, we will not be able to process returns or exchanges unless the item is delivered to you with a fault.

If you've received a faulty item, please contact us at hello@spiritualgiftshop.co.uk within 25 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number and reason for return, with photographs where applicable, and we will advise on next steps.

 

For all other giftware items (besides apparel and framed wall art): 

We have a 25-day return policy, which means you have 25 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, or for any return questions, you can contact us at hello@spiritualgiftshop.co.uk. Please include your order number and reason for return, with photographs where applicable, and we will advise on next steps.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return by email will not be accepted or refunded.

Please note that once the return is accepted, your package will need to be sent to the following address: Spiritual Gift Shop Ltd, 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Damages and issues

Damages and incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, or if you have changed your mind, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include a photograph of the damaged/incorrect item(s) for our reference. Once your request has been logged we will contact you to let you know the next steps. Please do not return any item(s) to us until we have provided you with instructions. We will send out a replacement or provide a refund for damaged goods or incorrect items received.

If you have not received your order, you do not need to place another order. Once your claim has been confirmed a replacement order will be sent within 3 working days. Delivery times of the replacement order will depend on location and will follow our standard delivery times, which are 10 working days within the UK and 12 working days for the Highlands and Islands.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), opened essential oils, any aromatherapy products that have been lit, jewellery and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

There are no returns or refunds for digital products.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We advise that you get proof of postage just in case your parcel goes missing on its way to us.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
